You can find our full class timetable below. Once you sign up, you'll receive a link to our app where you can easily book all your classes for the week.

9.30AM - 10.30AM | WOD (Workout of the Day)
A fun, varied session designed to build strength, fitness, and confidence. Each class includes a mix of movements tailored to your level—whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned athlete. Every day is different, and our coaches will guide you through it all!
